For over twenty years Ross Pitt held senior executive positions in the Commonwealth and Queensland Governments with responsibility for Government procurement especially for large IT & T systems and for implementing major microeconomic reform agendas in the Aviation, Construction, Health and Maritime industries.
For five years he was Chair of a TEC group, facilitating professional development and mutual problem solving for CEOs of small to medium enterprises. He now chairs the Boards of Ford Health, Avand and Ashley Munro and several non-government organisations - Canossa Aged Care, the Chaplaincy Academy, and Prison Chaplaincy.
Dr Toby Ford is a leading expert in the area of corporate health risk management. After graduating from the University of Queensland Medical School, Toby spent time as a Flying Doctor and in general practice. An interest in the prevention of illness, early screening and detection were pursued in the USA and UK, giving a good grounding in many facets of worksite health.
In 1990 Toby was a founding partner of Brisbane's first leading corporate health provider and branched out in 2001 to establish Ford Health.
Toby is also Director of the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Senior Medical Examiner, Life Insurance and Actuarial Medicine, Senior Medical Examiner, Queensland Coal Board, and Visiting Medical Officer to several hospitals in Brisbane. He is a nationally acknowledged speaker and medical practitioner on health, lifestyle, stress and motivation.
Neale has 25 years commercial experience as a Company Director, CEO and General Manager. He has worked mainly in the services sector and held specific responsibilities for Finance, Strategy and Corporate Governance.
Neale has also worked at senior levels in non profits in Health and Aged Care. In his role as Director of Finance & Corporate Services with Holy Spirit Hospital he was a key contributor to the design, construction and commissioning of the Holy Spirit Northside Private Hospital in Brisbane.
Neale is a foundation Director of Smart Services Cooperative Research Centre Pty Ltd and is also on the Boards of Council on the Ageing (QLD) and Insurance & Membership Services Limited. He holds Bachelor Degrees in Business and Law, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Sue has 20 years practical experience in corporate health programs and business management. This combination allows her to effectively manage daily business activities and growth, as well as overseeing service delivery and development.
She has been involved in developing, delivering and managing comprehensive health promotion programs to organisations of all sizes. Sue has specific skills in health education, program development and evaluation, project management, operational planning, marketing, promotions, media, research and financial administration. Sue also has a wide experience in management of staff, committees and work teams. She has also used her dietetics and educational background to design written and electronic health resources.
