Testimonials

"I was tremendously impressed with the professionalism of the service. It presented an excellent opportunity to reflect upon my health and lifestyle choices and supported this with the core data to turn subjective views into some objective realities."

"Totally impressed!  I really enjoyed the "experience" and found all of the staff to be both friendly and professional.  On the day of my assessment they were running a little behind and were very apologetic.  Top class service and attentiveness.  Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone."

"I was always one of those people who never had time to exercise or walk at lunch – with an excuse.  However, with the exercise challenge it has motivated me to get moving with my team at lunch and also have a very competitive challenge with the other teams in our department.

On June 18th I had surgery on both of my feet, so needless to say I was very disappointed because I had to stop walking.  Well that didn’t last too long because I was determined to continue in any which way that I could.  Instead of doing 10,000 steps I started doing weight exercises and modified sit ups so that I could still continue to motivate my team and add some steps.

I am only returning to work mid-August, but once I’m able to get back to the regular exercising and walking, I will contintue to join my colleagues in our lunchtime ritual of going out and be active.

So thank you for motivating and challenging us to a healthier lifestyle!"
