Health Risk Assessment
To fully identify work, lifestyle, medical, physical and psychological health risks, a comprehensive health assessment is essential.
This includes:
- 2.5 hour comprehensive health assessment and medical consultation with a doctor and exercise physiologist
- blood tests
- analysis of personal and family history
- health report including test results, a prioritised list of identified health risks and recommended action plans
- referral letters to GP's and specialists as required
- information resources
Ford Health appropriately engages with, and supports your executives throughout their involvement to encourage and maximise their participation and the results.

Healthy Change Program
Ford Health supports and helps your executives improve their health and reduce identified risks for a 12 month period following their assessment.
We provide your executives with:
- a personal health coach who manages their progress over the year, helps motivate them to make the required changes and complete regular follow-up phone consultations
- a series of health information resources tailored to each individual's stage of change and their health risks
- referrals to a network of expert health providers and other resources
- group progress reports are also provided to you to help achieve change and measure the impact of the program
All individual information remains confidential and private.

myhealth - Personal Online System
The medically supervised online system assists executives in making long term behaviour change modifications to improve their health and wellbeing. Due to the transient nature of executives working environment it is important for them to be able to track, monitor and assess their health and wellbeing at any time of day from any location in the world. Having access to all their health data within the one location will mean that vital health information can be obtained at a moments notice.
This includes:
