Your health is your responsibility and your business.  With this in mind the Achieve Health Programme has been developed by Rio Tinto in partnership with their corporate health provider Ford Health to support you in making smart health decisions.  All personal health information collected is securely stored by Ford Health.  No personal information is shared with Rio Tinto.

Ford Health, an industry leader in workplace health programmes, has over 20 years of Corporate Health experience.  Led by Dr Toby Ford, Ford Health understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality for participants.  All personal and medical information entered, collected and discussed with Ford Health abides by their privacy policy.

Rio Tinto receives a de-identified aggregate report which is prepared by Ford Health.  At no stage does Rio Tinto receive any information that would identify you and your health history.  This report provides Rio Tinto with information that supports the need for continued health assessments, education and activities within the workplace.
