Our Healthy Leaders program is designed specifically for the leaders of your business, executives and key staff. They are typically exposed to pressures like long hours, an absence of regular routine, travel and high stress decision making.

The aim of this program is to keep key individuals working effectively, to build their resilience and to develop them as leaders for a healthier culture across your organisation.

We identify and manage health risks amongst your key employees before they become critical. Resilience and adaptability improves and productivity is enhanced. These employees become positive role models and help to build a healthy culture in your workplace.
Program Components:
Valet Management
The flow chart below outlines the communication strategy deployed to invite the executives for their assessment. Importantly this process is controlled and supported by a centralised booking centre. The executive is supported from the moment they make the decision to take part in an executive health assessment until they have finished the assessment.
Stage One - Booking
Stage Two - Preparation
The key components for preparation are the collection of pathology and the completion of the questionnaire. The booking process supplies all the necessary forms and identifies a convenient pathology centre. The questionnaire completion is monitored to ensure all data is collected and time is spent on the day consulting - this ensures a greater experience. Our booking team confirms all appointments by phone within 5 days of the appointment date.
Stage Three - Assessment
Ford Health's medical centres have been designed with your executive's comfort in mind. Showers and towels are provided in our managed centres.
