The management of your executive’s health is important and at Ford Health the service begins early. Each executive is assigned a dedicated Personal Health Team that manages their progress over 12 months.
- Starting with the appointment setting and coordination of diaries to ensure minimal impact to operational and family life.
- The collection of relevant pathology tests and questionnaire completion
- Meet and greet on the day
- Collation and monitoring of all referrals
- 48 hour follow up of critical health issues
- And for those that choose the Healthy Change Program a dedicated health coach for 12 months
