What is mychallenge?
mychallenge is a 10 week exercise challenge, where teams of 4 make their way around a designated route.
The individual aim of mychallenge is to achieve 10,000 steps a day, but remember it is also a race for the finish, so the more steps your team completes the greater your success.
To Register
You will need organisational login details, available from your site representative to register for the exercise challenge.
1. Register as a Team Leader
- Once you have your team of up to 4, nominate a Team Leader
- The Team Leader registers the team name and nominates the team members
- Please note that the Team Leader must list each member's preferred email address so that team members receives an invitation email
- Alternatively if you do not have a team of 4, you can still register as a Team Leader and when other individuals register they can join your team
2. Register as a Team Member
- Once your Team Leader has registered you will receive an email inviting you to join the team
- Register by selecting Team Member Registration, your email address will identify you as a member of your team
- Alternatively, if you do not have a team, but you would like to participate, register as a Team Member and select a team from the menu
3. Returning user
- Once you have registered, to access your personal mychallenge page, login as a returning user by selecting the 'already a participant' button. You can then enter your steps to keep your team progressing towards the finish line
- Please note, to save time when entering your steps, you can save your personal page to your 'Favourites' in your internet browser
What do you receive?
Once you have registered online you will receive a resource pack. This will be given to you onsite and the pack contains a resource book, logbook, progress chart and a pedometer to get you started.
