What is the 'Be Active' challenge?

Be Active is a great way to start a new exercise regime to increase your physical activity levels in a social environment, and learn more about nutrition and how it impacts your everyday living. It is a team event whereby your step's (and any additional exercise) are combined with your team steps to navigate your way around the designated route.

What's new? Waist Tracker

What's your motivation?   If one of your goals in the challenge is to lose weight, a new feature in the resource centre may be just the thing for you!  The waist tracker allows you to set both weight and waist goals to achieve over the duration of your challenge.  By setting personal goals you are committing to getting started and this tool will assist you in monitoring your progress over the coming weeks.
