Who is it for?
Health Assessments identify an individual's health risks, but without behaviour change they will continue to exist. The Healthy Change program is designed to assist individuals to take action on the health risks identified in the Health Assessment.

The Healthy Change program is designed to achieve real and lasting behaviour change. Through motivating, supporting and educating individuals we assist them to take personal action to improve their own health. It is a unique and critical component of our health programs.
What do you get?
This multifaceted program is evidence based and has been psychologically developed. It is a structured program, tailored to each individual's personal needs and interest in their own health. Fostering self-esteem and self-efficacy is central to our approach.
By supporting people to own and be responsible for their own health, we have found there is a correlation with their motivation and productivity at work. Our results are quantifiable and tangible. We measure an individual's progress through the stages of change.
Overview of what's included.
Following the initial Health Assessment, individuals receive personal consultations from a qualified and experienced health consultant. The advice is tailored to assist and motivate employees to take action. We ensure the individual does not lose focus on their priorities to improve their own health. This is supported with health information and resources specific to their needs.
